Two courses: $30 Three courses: $40  Children: ½ serves at ½ price

 

Entree

 

Garlic or herb bread

 

Cream of pumpkin soup

 

Duck Bay Oysters Kilpatrick (½ doz.)

 

Huon Valley smoked salmon

 

 

 

Main Course

 

Spaghetti Bolognese – ground local topside beef in a rich tomato based sauce atop fresh pasta, with a side serve of parmesan cheese.

 

Chunky Lamb Pie – slow braised tender chunks of Tasmanian lamb, with peas carrot and onion, in filo pastry with a side of creamy mash potato

 

Chicken Korma – mild creamy curry with cashews and coconut.  Served on rice and topped with a pappadam

 

 

Dessert

 

Chocolate sauce pudding – Dulcie Beattie’s original recipe, chocolate sponge and hot chocolate sauce topped with vanilla ice cream

 

Orange sorbet – drizzled with Grand Marnier and topped with shavings of rich dark chocolate

 

Apple pie – stewed and seasoned apples in pastry, topped with vanilla icecream
