I have to stand hunched. There is coffee and tea facilities, a tv and a sub par bathroom. Not one hook to hang clothes up in the bathroom. The shower head is too low. The mirror is behind the door when opened and away from the sink making it difficult to shave. The room is clean but nothing spectacular. The bed is very uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back and my wife woke up with a sore neck. It's hard. At $120 per night, its not bad value for money - but you get what you pay for. It was quite adequate, but we do prefer a cooked breakfast when on tour as we are never certain where we will have lunch!! There is no restaurant on site and one has to drive a couple of km into town to eat out. The location though is much nicer than in town as it's very quiet and has a much nicer view as it's on a hill. The accommodation itself was not how it... read more was ‘pictured’ in the adverts. This was only the second fail I have booked. First entry into the room was not of a ‘fresh’ smell. No tea towel or dish cloth in the room - yet cups and a toaster provided. Maybe this was all to do with Covid restrictions. The little table to sit whilst having refreshments was wobbly and we split our drinks due to this and had to use the face washer to mop it up. On the first morning after our stay - the bed was sort of made, rubbish was not taken out and the coffee cup marks on the table was not wiped. Had a downpour of rain and the roof leaked. Really needs maintenance on the property and this is not due to the COVID issue as issues didn’t just happen overnight. For a very ‘hot’ tourist town - needs to be rectified More
